To start, we typically reach out to set up a call with a member of our recruiting team. This conversation is meant to get everyone on the same page in terms of role expectations and salary. It's an opportunity for you to tell us about yourself, your professional background and interests.
You meet with the Hiring Manager, who dives deeper into your skills, assesses how well you align with Umbra's values, and, depending on the role, assigns homework or technical exercises. During this round, we take the time to get to know each candidate.
You will meet with several key team members to learn more about the full scope of the role and what life at Umbra looks like. We want to get to know you while you learn about us.
